They just have too many "mandatory" inspections they must run before doing anything.. I left there and car seemed to have something new completely wrong with it an I took it back and they said they would have to do an $80 inspection just to check it out again..
I had my car inspected at Firestone MacArthur. It needed new windshield wipers. I asked if they sold them and was told to go to Wal-Mart.
