Took my Mazda in for a tune-up- after charging us $700.00- the car had to be towed to a Mazda dealership where we were told the engine was shot. The engine had seized up while in the Firestone shop. A call from the Firestone corporate hdqtrs said that they feel they are not liable for anything. Even though the car was fine when we dropped it off and now it is a lawn ornament. They didn't even refund the $700.00 we initially paid for the now defunct car. What a load of c@!p. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF LEAVING YOUR CAR IN THEIR USELESS HANDS!

Installer charged more than I expected to install but explained that the extra charges were due to the style of tire pressure monitoring involved. It would have been more accurate on the Tire Buyer site if the rates quoted for installation were more accurate.
