Satisfied with the installation and the customer service. Only complaint was that my jeep was pulled outside during a hail storm. They could have waited a few mins for it to pass. And also was missing two of my air stem caps (which after I told the desk....they were promptly found) so I would say that I would use this place again

I was very pleased with Tirebuyer. The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and informative.The tires were delivered when promised. I scheduled tire installation and also to check alignment at the Firestone Center. I was told the car would be ready in 1 cynthia 1/2 to 2 hours. Had a 6pm appointment for a 4 tire installation. Did not get out of the shop until approximately 8:30pm which is more than double the time I was quoted for the installation (was told 1 hour). The employee working behind the desk was nice about it and apologized, but it still doesn't change the fact that it took 2 and a half hours for a 4 tire installation.
Price was fantastic, shipping ultra fast, and the installer couldn't be better! Turned a friend on to it, he bought 4 tires!
