Even though I had an appointment for my install, it didn't matter. They handled on a first come first serve basis and I was there for about 2 hrs until job was completed. They also tried to charge me way more for the installation than TireBuyer.com had stated and I had to show them the installation charge given with my order before they would correct the matter.
This is the kind of shop that will bill you for headlight fluid if they thought they could get away with it, because these guys will take you for all they can get you for.
