Nice guys but did not balance tires correctly. Took it to another facility made it better will go back to the dealer to get it right.

Being the first time I ever used Tirebuyer OR Firestone in Troy, I was very pleased with the whole process. I was kept aware of the shipment of my tires and Firestone kept to the installation fee and didn't pressure to add additional costs except to tell me I needed an alignment and rear shocks. I would use both these services again for my tire needs.
