I called Firestone when my tires were delivered, and they were able to get an appointment for me the next day! They were right on time, and everything was done in under an hour.

Everyone did a great job! I was on a tight schedule and they accommodated me. My installer was professional and was careful with my new car. He stayed on schedule and had the job done when he said it would be done.

I called this installer to ask questions about he installation. I talked to Josh and he was extremely helpful and made sure he had the parts to do the installation properly. I made an appointment and was told it may take a little longer(which I did't mind) to install because they wanted to be careful not to scratch the wheels.
