They are just like any other snake mechanics and they ruined the sensor on the side they worked on which cost me $200 to fix plus the $900 i paid them for work which they claimed needed to be done but after they did the work couldnt prove to me that it actaully needed to be done.
i would not say this firestone location is excellent in its service, but they are not the worst either..i have used another firestone on champion forest drive that is so-so, and i have used a dealership (demontrond) that was horrible,and a few other service centers...it all depends on their mechanics and what they find is wrong with your car..any service center is going to sell you whatever, because thats their job..they dont just do oil changes..what matters is the sincerity of the employees and the courtesy..the price is just about the same everywhere, unless you have your own "mom and...
We went here for some services a few times. The manager is a very rude and needs a major attitude adjustment. They also recommended all of the things that we felt were unnecessary. We will never use another Firestone again because of how this guy acts and the way they recommended all that . Their prices are expensive and I think they just want to make a buck off of someone, really. I've always had better luck at smaller repair shops where they have managers who actually know how to treat their employees nice and recommend only the needed.
