We ordered our tires on-line and had them delivered to Firestone for installation. The installer found that the TPS for one of the tires was loose, but not leaking. Lonni was very friendly and thoroughly explained my options, but in no way pressured me to have it repaired there. I decided to have it repaired there. The installer was very efficient - I was in and out in less than 45 minutes!

Called Firestone the day they recieved my tires, asked if i needed an appt. they said no, just come in it will take about an hour. I showed up, they put on my tires in less than an hour, so i have no complaints, good customer service experience.
