I went to this place once and bought a tire. About a month later the tread started to wear out very fast. They told me I should get my tires aligned. I did that, and a month later the tire tread was gone completely. I went back and asked them to change the tire. They said you have to buy a new tire. This place is horrible. They will rip you off.
I got two tires installed here. They were were very nice about it, but when I came back because one of the tires had a bump in it, they said that I had to buy a new tire. One of the staff members, (I think his name was Chris, philippino guy with glasses) said that it was not covered under the warranty. Two months after that I came in because the tread on the tire was gone. I had a 40,000 mile warranty for those tires. I only got to about 25,000 miles. The same guy was there and told me warranty was void because I couldn't provide him proof that the tires we rotated. We told him that we rotated the tires ourselves, and he said that we needed proof. All they do at this place is make up excuses. They will be glad to help you buy something, but when you have a problem with somethings you already bought, they will tell you that you have to buy a new one. AVOID THIS AUTO CARE STORE!!!
Oscar was very helpful and friendly. The car was ready faster than they told us, and not only did they mount and balance the new tires, but they rotated all tires and dressed the tire sidewalls.I would give them six stars if I could!
They told me to go else where. I ended up using Richmond Tires and boy they are fast and friendly
Don't take your car here!!!! They give the worse customer service and they take 5 plus hrs to do anything to your car even a simple oil change ! On 3 occasions I have dropped my car off for...
Very poor service. Took my car in for an alignment, was told to leave car for 2.5 hours, which I did and went to mall next door to kill the time. Upon returning 2.5 hours later, my car was still...
I have done the alignment before with this installer. Time is quite consuming, as they are real busy all day.I trust their work. So, I got the tire install with them and let them have enough time complete the job. Then you won't bother any more to keep you waiting too long. I feel more confident with their work. Of course you may bring the car back for further inspection if you fill something...
