During the install of my new tires they noticed some uneven wear on my old tires and recommended an alignment and front breaks. Both were warranted, not just add on items for the shop.

Once tires were delivered to Firestone, a local Firestone employee called me to set up an appointment for installation. Tires were installed the next business day. Shop was clean, tires were installed quickly, and staff was courteous and polite.

The people seemed to know what they were doing. The place was clean,also the price was right. The only knock I would have against the place is they tried to help me with getting my spare tire mechanism down and they didn't put my tire tools back the way should be.

Aamco Burnsville suggested that I do over 1700 in work. I said no and then went to Yelp. The highest rated place was a firestone service center located in Maplewood MN. I went over there, and they...
