The staff were friendly and helpful. They honored the quote by TireBuyer & worked with me to add the Lifetime rotation / flat repair without it costing much more. I was concerned about the tires, since some of the reviews showed it handled poorly in snow. "Mr Montana", sorry, I can't remember his name, took a survey of the staff to determine their opinion about the tires. Made me feel better....
