I waited over 3 hours to get 2 tires changed. They broke a stud on the tire and then put a washer on instead of a lug nut! I will NOT be back!!

Firestone totally ripped me off. I took my car in to get my brakes checked since they were squeaking. The mechanics told me that I needed to replace each of my brakes (I'm talking the whole brake assembly - not just the brake pads). After paying a fortune, I picked up the car, drove it out of the parking lot, and noticed that the brakes were STILL squeaking. I returned to Firestone and the...
