I rolled up at Firestone on a busy Saturday afternoon after an unpleasant experience at Discount Tire (read my review on them for full story).They took care of me and had me out of there within an hour (even though I had bought the tires elsewhere).I will not hesitate to use Firestone in the future. You have won a new customer here.

I had been warned about these guys for a while, but hadn't had a bad experience until today.
