Firestone failed

Tire Buyer was great but Firestone would not install our tires because they claimed they did not have the right equipment. We then went to a smaller garage and they said no problem.We will use Tire Buyer again but not Firestone!

I am extremely disappointed with this place. They are obviously trying to scam people. I went in with a virtually bald front passenger tire. Told the guy at the counter (Gary or jerry) that I needed the front passenger tire replaced and then which ever other one was the worst. They said it would take an hour and a half but they would try to hurry. Well, it took them slightly over 3 hours to...
