The staff at Firestone Mokena is great to work with. Ian, Crystal, and Greg are straight shooters, always fair. I don't have to worry about getting ripped off. They received my Tire-Buyer order and installed them on my vehicle the next day.

Firestone installed my tires quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. I asked them to do a wheel alignment and when I came to pick up the car, they honestly told me the car didn't need an alignment. I certainly will trust them to work on my car in the future.

We schedule our appointment took it in and had them put on. It was that simple! Great service really nice people to do business with. Shipment of tires to Firestone was super fast! Would do this again in the future for my other cars! Thanks!
