Experience was okay; I got notice of tire delivery that morning and instead of calling ahead to risk being told too busy, I opted to "walk in" to have tires installed. There was an issue trying to locate my tires and ate up almost an hour, but once that was resolved the staff was very friendly and attentive. Nothing to do while waiting there however there are plenty of options within walking...
I've had my appointment a week ago so I did not have any problem. Service center is quite busy and sometimes they are triple booked. So no walk ins..
