This Firestone is a 5 minute walk from my house so it is super convenient. Everything was easy and on time. The one downside was the sales clerk told me I should have bought some other tire directly from him because it had a better warranty. Good communication. I did the deal because I didn't have to pay shipping and the installer was close. They called upon arrival of the tires and did the job in acceptable time.
