The installer was very undermanned - not enough people to assist the waiting customers. They broke the wheel lock key to my wheels and had me purchase a new set of locks with key. I got lifetime wheel alignment with Firestone for my Lexus ES300. On Jan 3rd I gave my car for wheel alignment at 4:30p. Person that took the work order said it will be ready in an hour as they were working on other car's alignment.
