A big one star for not being able to patch RV tire that has a slow leak on a one ton truck. The manager's reasoning was he did not have a 7/8 inch socket. Good lord, I have one of those at home or they could run to Menards. I guess they just want to do all changes on little cars.

This is my second time back. They did a great job on a flat tire on a cold Sunday afternoon 6 months ago. I returned today because they had the best price on Bridgestone tires for my SUV. They changed the oil for $19.99, four new tires, and alignment in 2 hours and $200 less than NTB, and $100 than Discount. Nice crew. They are open Sundays and most holidays.

Just walked in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Service manager said he couldnt get me in due to appointments that were 20min out- now an oil change and tire rotation takes roughly 20 min.... Pretty ridiculous. Wont be going back there. Im glad the guy behind the computer is passing up easy business...
