After receiving delivery confirmation via email, I visited the installer, confirmed tire arrival and scheduled an appointment for installation of the 4 tires. I arrived at the installer on time and the installation took about 1:30. They were very informative through the whole process.

Very friendly staff and very clean store. Dropped my car off and the staff called to let me know it was ready in less than 2 hours.

Set of tires installed

Purchased a set of 4 General tires from tirebuyer.com and since they teamed with this Firestone shop in Grapevine, had them shipped to and installed here. Mgr Mike was a good guy to work with as well as other staff. They were pretty busy on this Sat. morning but took care of me in reasonable time frame. Would go here again and would recommend this shop.

I went in for a state inspection and they said it would take about 30 min so I went next door to eat lunch. When I leave chick.fill A I see my car in done, so I think wow that was easy. Wrong I walk in and the man told me I had I license plate light out and it would be $14 to fix it. WOW $14. I say okay just do it so I can get back to work.
