As in the title, service was friendly and done when promised. But when I picked up my car the tires were all underinflated, and to different pressures. On top of that they didn't re-program the TPMS sensors so the tires as they're shown on the dash display are in different spots on the car. The car is 8 years old so it's not like this was some new feature unknown to the tech. It's an easy task....

Crooks! They broke 2 studs on one wheel. Told me they were rusted. I showed them to 3 other repair places and I was told that there was no way that they broke by themselves. Had to be snapped...
They always do their job here -- and are always friendly when they submit a form for you. But I just hate these kind of established chains, because all they do is try to get MORE money out of you....
