When I called Firestone to schedule an appointment to have my tires installed, the conversation went bad almost immediately. A Mr. Adams wanted to put my information in his system for future contact and I agreed. Then the conversation turned to my type of vehicle and the type of tires I was having installed. Clean facility with friendly staff. Only issue is they try to have you accomplish service that's not required...said a bulb was out and I told them I would replace...found that there wasn't actually a bulb out.
