Didnt try to unsell everything worked out good. Only complaint is I asked them to check out a noise my vehicle made and they weren't sure what it was, sounded like they forgot to check it out. I would use them again though!

I was able to get an appointment quickly, the work was done right and in the time frame they told me and they did not try to up-sell me or try to find other repairs to do. Price was as expected.

There were some discrepancies between the TireBuyer installation quote and the Firestone Complete Auto Care charges that had me concerned, but the customer service agent took care of my questions immediately. I showed him the email confirmation and he adjusted the price to match the TireBuyer quote.
