Called in to get new tires put on. Everyone was very nice, it was easy even with the kids since there was a play area. They were pretty quick and very reasonably priced.
I bought tires online and had them shipped to Firestone for free! They were great about calling me to let me know they had received the tires and when I would like to come in and have them changed. Things were super easy and simple.
This was first time and I like it very much. I think I may use it in the future again.
They tried to up sale services I declined. They checked anyway to show me I needed it for stuff I can change out. (Air filter that I know is due next month). They also took 2 hours to just put in a set of tires and they were not busy. I could watch the installer dance, goof off and do other tasks instead of my tires.
