This installer was fast and efficient and were able to make some estimates as to other work that needed to be done based on an inspection that they did while they were installing my new tires. All in all, they were good though they did not wipe off the white lubricant off my new tires. I was really shocked that when I pulled into the lot that they hadn't plowed the snow that fell 3 days before.Then I was told that it would take over 2 hours to put on my new tires (despite having an appointment) because they had to wait for te snow to melt off my current tires.I asked for more washer fluid which I had to double check on after my car was finished.
