I setup an appointment on their website for 4pm and when I stopped by they took my car in at the time I had reserved, and the repair took only a couple of minutes longer than the lady at the counter told me. I have used this location for years to provide oil changes, tires,tune-ups etc. There was a time a few years ago when Kelvin was the manager there and I felt he was honest and I was not being taken advantage of.
