9/9/2010 - Went to the Cartersville Firestone for an oil change.  They suggested a battery corrosion treatment because it may cause future problems. I said ok. I have experienced high-pressure tactics from Gary as well, who also works at the Kennesaw, GA, branch at Town Center. He attempted to charge us over $2,241 to replace our entire A/C system as our air conditioner was blowing hot air at times.
