We ordered from here via DoorDash or GrubHub and when our order arrived it was incomplete and wrong. I guess I don't understand how you can screw up a sandwich??

We ordered extra sauces - didn't get them. Sandwiches were soggy and it certainly isn't...because we were so far away from the restaurant. Firehouse is almost right across the street from the hotel we stayed in.

Just not a very good...

So far so good. We typically order the pairs. I enjoy the potato soup with my sandwich and my other half enjoys chili with his. He likes the chili and I like the soup. So far, neither have been bland. Tried the mac and cheese....It was just OK. Wasn’t a fan of the sprinkles on top and lacked a bit of flavor. The Sandwiches have been great. Ordered two subs, they arrived with none of the toppings requested. Both the tuna and turkey sub were just meat and bread not even mayo or the veg I asked for. Hard to imagine getting a turkey...
