My wife, Joyce, returned with a takeout order NOT CORRECT....lady taking order put it in WRONG...ordered a Large Brisket, with Double Meat....got home in Clemson...it was an Italian Sub double meat!! Simply did NOT LISTEN. Ticket at 11:52 AM, 2009, other order number on ticket...is 99992589513756. Got the medium subs, Turkey Bacon Ranch and medium Hook & Ladder correct.

Firehouse has the freshest subs around with top quality meats from Boarshead like you find at Ingles and Publix groceries. We used to go to Seneca and Easley units but their staff isn’t very friendly, very condescending to you as a customer. Management seems not...to care, including corporate.
So we travel to Anderson where it is more friendly, pay attention to your order, and still thank you...

Food was good we don't have a fire house at home so we stop on trips when we can staff was very friendly and had our order ready when we arrived
