Would not recommend because of over billing.Only reason I gave a star cause it would not let me post this comment!

Apparently, according to Firedex, a permit is not required for replacing the support beam in a house and the cost is not included in the estimate. "Well we're just replacing it and that's not structural, if you want an engineer to do the math to ensure your we picked the right one and your house won't fall down you'll have to pay us above the estimate."
