This is probably the worst business in Richland. While the service guys are very good, the owner and office staff are the pits. I will never step inside the doors of this business again.

This was a great place to get my firepit. I was helped right away when I walked int he door and they were very patient with me. I ended up purchasing one of their pre-made firepit's and have enjoyed spending afternoons watching my fire outside.

What a gem of a place. Went with my brother who wanted to buy a fireplace. Found the fireplace that he wanted and we waited around for help while the guy (employee or owner who knows) chatted it...
