Haven't worked with a lot of tile companies, but these guys seem better upfront then they ended up being. Claims of great customer service, really experienced installers, etc. but actions didn't back it up. Lack of communication, frustrating/rude installers, way off estimated timeline.... won't be using them again.

Extremely unhappy. I got new carpet installed in my stairway and master bedroom. The installers were rude and were chipping off paint along the entire stairway. They claimed there was no better...
