This is the best bank I've ever had. The employees are always so nice. There is plenty of parking and you never have to wait long in line, if there is a line.

If you want customer service, do not use this bank. If you want competent answers from Loan officers, do not use this bank. Dealing with 5/3 is like dealing with the Three Stooges. Avoid this bank like the plague.
