I had an awful expirience! I was given a time of delivery between 9:30 and 9:45am. I did not ask for that time it was given to me. I called at 10am and was told that within 45minutes they would be at my home. It was 10am and no sign of anyone the delivery finally arrived to my house at 12:30 and the birthday party was for 1pm.
