I have enjoyed my stay at Fieldpointe. I have a job transfer and I will miss the conveniences of shopping and easy access to the major highways. During my stay here I felt that the staff in the office was very helpful and pleasant. Its a safe place to live and quite here and didn't really have any issues with noise. If I move back to this area to live again, I will certainly come back to...
I have lived here for several years and I never have any problems. The Management staff is wonderful! They are always very helpful and willing to answer any questions that I may have. If and when I have any issues for maintenance, they are always taken care of promply. The property is well kept and managed professionally. Great place to live and would recommend it to anyone.
Yes it is roach city and disgusting!
Lived at this place for a year. It was ok for the price, but appliances are very old, walls and carpet are super thin and electric and gas bill were very high doing the winter times.
I went looking at this apt today and the office staff very nice so far... able to answer all my questions. Overall the price of rent is very reasonable for the location and quality. Not as good a quality or as "high-class" as Crystal Park or "Residences at the Manor" but for the price it seems nice.
