Had a very good advisor who left Fidelity, After that, their customer service went down the drain. If I didn't own their proprietary product, I would go over to Vanguard in a heartbeat.

I like the new brick and mortar branch. It is much more spacious and lots of reserved parking in front of the storefront which is great since Fidelity shares the parking lot with Seasons...
