BEWARE! PRICE GOUGER! I bought a dress at Festivity and found the identical dress at a store in the same shopping center for $14 less. Festivity would not refund or give me a store credit for the $14 difference. Shop at other stores that carry the same brands such as Just The Thing on Pharr Road, Erica Read on Roswell Road, and Poppy's on East Andrews Drive
