I've been coming here off and on for almost 20 years. I really love that they offer so many services there. They have one line for all services and then another line for check cashing only, so if you are going to cash a check you don't have to wait very long. I've always been able to cash paychecks there without a problem. I would always go to them when my banks were already closed and they're friendly. The one man who worked there for many years always remembered me every time I came back and asked how I was, and where I had gone on trips to. He was very kind. The people there are honest and always helpful.
I've seen some customers hold up the line trying to cash checks from places that need to be verified and often they get attitudes with the people who work there but they're only doing their jobs and sometimes it does take a while to validate certain types of checks, but that is not the company's fault, they are just following protocol.

Also they will cash large checks such as income tax checks without delay, where most banks hold those checks for a week before releasing all of the money to you.
It's the worst place ever..I will never ever visit this place in my life and I strongly recommend to other people not to either...they gave me a pittyful costumer service..kept me (6 months pregnant)and my 3 year old child standing on my feet for one hour and 45 minutes just to refund my money for something that it was'nt even my fault!!! One of the guys kept flirting with a costumer not caring he had a long line of costumers waiting...Not only that but there failities are so grose......the good side of all this is that there's a whole lot of businesses that offer the Westen Union service here at Oxnard....
