I have bought most of my furniture from this store. Have always had great help, ideas, and was extremely pleased with quality and service. Had to have a light fixture replace in a piece, and it was done in 3 days!!

I bought a Lazy Boy recliner on December 30,2010. Six months later it had a worn spot in the seat. I called Fergusons in Benton and the manager said

The worst place I have ever dealt with. Part of our order was delayed and they never called to let us know. A second piece was received badly scratched and they made no attempt to replace it. I recently had occasion to make a purchase from Ferguson's Furniture. I purchased a recliner that turned out to be too difficult to operate for my elderly mother. The staff at Ferguson's ( and Mr. Ferguson too) could not have been more helpful. They allowed me to exchange the chair for a lift chair with absolutely no hassle at all.
