My experience with Ferguson was terrible. I purchased the top of the line Thermador Star Sapphire dishwasher - it is a $2,200 dishwasher - for some reason, I thought that the level of service would match the price, or at the very least be average. Customer service, as others have mentioned, is extremely poor. The only thing that keeps this business going is the wonderful receptionist, Marina, who should be hired by an employer needing a top quality employee with great people skills. Go somewhere else to get your bath & kitchen needs met - you're spending a good chunk of change, it shouldn't be this painful!

We just left, we were wandering the showroom for close to half hour. No one came to welcome to see if we needed any help! We are starting a bathroom remodel and found a few things but the customer service was non existent! There was 3 people sitting at a desk chatting it up and totally ignored us. Very disappointing.
