The new pool policy is ridiculous. $100 for a replacement pool pass and only 2 guests even if they're under 16. What's even worse is that you have to pay an additional $5 fee to get the second guest pass. Don't buy the egg shell exterior, the place is poorly built, poorly staffed, and poorly placed. Calling the staff inattentive is actually too kind.
