Help us make it rightTHIS COMPANY RESORTS TO WHAT AMOUNTS TO BULLYING WHEN YOU TRY TO GET WARRANTY WORK DONE! PICK ANOTHER SHOP AND DON’T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE INTIMIDATED WHEN YOU COME ACROSS A PLACE LIKE THIS! We had to get the police involved to get our vehicle back once we dropped it off for repair work that was under warranty (bubbling paint/horrible swirl marks in a ‘soft’ clear coat/ect). They had no right to keep it – no money owed, lien, ect. You have options out there and Fender Mender shouldn’t be one of them. God Bless the internet and the right to get the word out so others don’t have to suffer through something like this. The paint work was suppose to bring up the value and instead has cost us.
I highly recommend Fender Mender if you're looking for a place to make your car look great again! The customer service went above and beyond and treat you so well. They are the nicest people....
Ok so my 2014 toyota corolla was rear ended and i had just opened a 20oz dr pepper the sprayed all over my car when the guy hit me! State farms directed me to fender mender! This being my first accident and totally oblivious to all i needed to do, fender mender made things so easy for me! They also got my car done in great time and when i got it back you could never tell there was any damage to my car and all the dr pepper was gone! Off the head ligner and everything! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I was extremely happy with the end results!
I got t-boned a couple weeks ago. State Farm directed me to this place, so that's where I had my poor SUV towed. I wasn't sure about going here at first...
