I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are completely incompetent and don't care about the customer. It took them almost an hour for me to ship 3 packages.

Tried to charge me for a laptop box when my RMA with lenovo paid for it. Recommend finding a store who will actually not be lazy and, instead, will check what your paperwork says.
