I do not have a home printer so I often use the FedEx Kinkos on Scottsdale and Camelback for printing and faxing. The store is ALWAYS clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. I give this store an A+.

Barbara was incredible! We were in town running our national sales meeting for 140 people and realized that printed materials had not been ordered. We quickly rushed to FedEx Office and Barbara was EXTREMELY helpful and very quick with the turnaround given our tight deadline.

There was a typo on one of the products I ordered (custom binder tabs). Obviously, this could have really made us look bad. I am glad that FedEx was able to print replacements in a few hours but there was no apology for the error, a discount, or a credit.
