unfriendly, snappy and impatient service folks at the front desk. I will avoid using this location next time I need to use fedex.

We have had multiple problems with at least one driver from this location. Most recently I had four packages--one 2nd day, three overnight--that were scheduled for delivery on a Friday by 8pm....
