I have been trying to get a package delivered to my house since last Thursday! The driver was rude when I tried to help, called customer advocate Friday and again today. They refused to give the district manager's name or contact information stating I should give the local office time to resolve? They have had 4 days not counting today which I learned was conveniently left at the distribution...

Fedex left a package outside my home when the shipper and I instructed not to. The package required a signature for that reason. Well the package was left outside when no one was home, and the driver signed for it himself. Even after having all of this on video, they refuse to give me my money back and now I'm out $400. I would never recommend using FedEx.

I called yesterday to request that my package be held at the facility for pick up. I was told I couldn't do that and that the sender would have to request that. So today I have wasted a whole day, ( two cancelled appointments) waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive at 10:30 am and I am being told that my delivery may be as late as 6pm.
