Ed the agent that helped me was very helpful- he looked up some questions I had regarding items permissable to ship. He was careful to verify the address information with me before creating the label and seemed thorough with the process, explaining everything. He represents Fedex very well as the frontline person with whom the customer initially sees and interacts.

I had a great experience like always and this time it was Ed, Philip and Ed's boss was also there to greet me. They are always friendly and I never have to wait to drop my docs packages. I am in and out quickly and they always have a smile on! I try to always use this location because of the service I get here. Phillip was extremely helpful in packaging a large order for me and was very fast! And Ed helped rerun my order when I forgot to enter my FedEx account number! Awesome experience!

Went to this location to print a file because it is close to my house. I like the new printer but had ian issue getting my file to print but Ed was great and helped me out. I will definitely return to this location
