Richard is always helpful and knowledgeable. He often times fixes my mistakes on the labels I ship internationally. His patience and poise and demeanor make me feel at ease when dropping off my packages. He is a top notch employee and I hope that other stores and locations embody his customer first mentality. I hope that he receives the acknowledgement that his hard work does not go un-noticed.

I printed out my document at Fedex Center- 4497; however, I was in a rush and I didn't have any external storage devices but my laptop. Morgan, the center manager, helped me a lot to figure all things out, therefore, I got my papers quickly with cheap price. I really appreciated that.

Both women were extremely friendly and so happy to help. They were cheerful and happy to answer questions. I felt welcome and good about coming into the store. Will be back again as I traditionally don't have such a great experience.
