Joe was incredibly helpful with my project. I was on a tight timeline and Joe was able to deliver. Additionally, he helped me to update the proportions of my file, and helped work through issues in the design.

I needed to scan some housing papers onto my thumb drive. I'm not very smart with printers and the like, but Joe was more than happy to help me with my task. I just gave him my papers and thumb drive and he and another associate took care of the rest. I can't really remember if he told me about other products, which would have seemed silly to me anyhow, considering my reason for being at FedEx....

I waited in line for nearly 20 minutes. There were no slips available for me to fill out my own information, so everyone was having to give their information to the one associate. He was doing his best to keep the line moving while also working on print/copy jobs. Joseph M. was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave a greeting on both occasions upon entering the store and was very clear about the various services available. I ordered a simple lamination job and was informed that there were both matte and glossy finishes available.
