The gentleman at the shop was extremely helpful. The website told me I could pick up by 8 pm this evening, yet when I checked out it switched to a morning pick-up time. I called the store, he was so helpful and even offered to call when my order was ready. He did and I have what I needed. I have shipped internationally twice in the last two months. I had such a good experience with the first shipment (sent from the 816 3rd Ave Seattle location) that I purposely travelled to that location to make the second shipment. The order was done improperly and not done on the garanteed time. I was poorly communicated too and I had to ask for a refund. I still have not received my refund yet and it has been a week, even when it was promised to me. I need someone to call me and figure this situation out. please let me know. Thanks, Nick
